Yes. We understand how important it is for families to find the right early learning environment for their child, and we look forward to welcoming you into our centres when the time is right.
To protect the calm, familiar and nurturing environments we have thoughtfully created for the children in our care, we arrange personalised tours when a potential position becomes available that aligns with the days and care requirements you have expressed on our waitlist.
This considered approach allows us to minimise unnecessary visitors within our learning environments, respecting children's sense of security, wellbeing and daily rhythms, while ensuring each prospective family receives a meaningful and personalised introduction to our centre.
We warmly invite you to join our waitlist and look forward to connecting with you when a suitable opportunity arises.

Yes, we recommend a minimum of two consistent days of care each week. We believe that regular attendance supports children in developing secure, trusting relationships with their educators and meaningful connections with their peers.
Attending on set days provides children with a sense of familiarity, predictability and belonging, helping them become comfortable with the daily rhythms and routines of our centres. This consistency supports a smoother transition into care, builds confidence and allows children to engage more deeply in their play, learning and friendships.
We value the importance of continuity in children's early years and believe that a consistent pattern of attendance helps create the security and strong relationships that allow each child to flourish.

To help your child feel comfortable and prepared for their day, we ask families to provide nappies, a sunhat, a spare change of clothing, a labelled water bottle and bedding for rest time.
We also ask families to pack a lunchbox with a selection of foods their child enjoys, keeping in mind the importance of nutritious, balanced choices that support their growth, wellbeing and energy throughout the day. We recognise that children's appetites and needs can vary, and we always have additional food and fresh fruit available for any child who may need a little extra throughout the day.
For our younger children in the Nursery Room, families are also asked to bring bottles and formula or expressed breast milk. If your child has a special comfort item, such as a dummy, favourite blanket or soft toy, you are warmly encouraged to bring this along to provide familiarity and reassurance throughout their day.
We value the connection between home and our centres and recognise that familiar belongings, favourite foods and comforting routines all contribute to helping children feel safe, secure and supported in our care.

Once enrolled, families can conveniently access our centre's policies, procedures and important information through the OWNA platform. This secure, easy-to-use platform provides families with access to relevant information about their child's care, wellbeing and learning, supporting open communication, transparency and strong partnerships between home and our centres.
